Nidhi Dev is an experienced clinical psychologist whose warm and empathetic approach allows her to engage easily with children and adolescents. She has extensive postgraduate training both in Australia and overseas, which has provided her with a diverse skill set and strong grounding in research. Nidhi has presented some of her published research at international neuropsychological conferences and was given a grant to train at the Neuropsychological Unit at the University College London Hospital.

Nidhi’s areas of expertise include early intervention, neurodevelopmental disorders like autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, developmental delays, as well as anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and complex behaviour presentations. She conducts thorough assessments with comprehensive reports and is able to tease out comorbid disorders to inform a robust treatment plan. She provides specific recommendations to the family and to schools.
Nidhi believes in therapy being a positive, collaborative experience and focuses on delivering the most effective approach for the individual. She is also a board approved Supervisor for clinical psychology registrars, psychologists and provisional psychologists. In her spare time, she is off discovering new swim holes in Sydney. She loves animals and being in nature.
Meet Mandy Lau
Forensic and Child Psychologist
Mandy Lau is a forensic psychologist who began her career working with adults in the
forensic setting. She has over 13 years of experience in working with vulnerable adults,
most of whom have had adverse childhood experiences and relational trauma. Mandy
has an interest in working with children with anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism and
behaviour and conduct problems. She supports neurodiversity affirming practice and
adopts a strength-based approach to working with her clients. Her work also involves
parent management therapy.

Mandy is skilled in using techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy,
dialectic behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help her clients with addressing challenges in their lives and improving their functioning. Mandy completed a Master of Psychology (Forensic) at University of New South Wales and is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-registration).
Mandy applies her understanding of theoretical underpinnings of mental health
disorders and interventions to guide case formulation and treatment in working with
children and adolescents and their support network.
Meet Aisling Creighton
Child and Adolescent Psychologist
Aisling Creighton is a warm, registered psychologist (Child & Adolescent) who has worked therapeutically with children, adolescents and young people since 2018. Originally from Ireland, Aisling completed her B.A in Psychology in Trinity College, Dublin in 2018 and her Master of Science in Applied Psychology in Trinity College, Dublin in 2019. Aisling worked for several years in Ireland, predominantly supporting children, teens and young adults across a variety of educational settings. Aisling is passionate about early intervention and prevention and worked in the mental health promotion department in Jigsaw – The National Charity for Youth Mental Health in Ireland. Aisling has worked therapeutically with clients in a variety of settings including employment services, school and private practice.

Aisling uses a neurodivergent affirmative approach and is interested in working with children and teens who are neurodivergent including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and learning disabilities. Aisling also enjoys working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, low mood, grief and social difficulties. Aisling conducts clinical and cognitive assessments to accurately identify disorders and prepares comprehensive reports detailing the findings. These findings are then used to inform the child’s treatment plan. Aisling’s work often involves working with parents and schools on suggested strategies to support their children.
Aisling believes in adopting a collaborative and strengths-based, person-centered approach that empowers the individual and their families. She supports using a neuro-affirming approach with clients. Aisling is skilled in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrates techniques from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Compassion-focused Therapy in her practice.
